After receiving training from the Centre Manager, Bridget Munnik, Venita successfully went from a volunteer to being hired in a full-time role as the Advice and Referral Officer.
Venita Koopman is the CEO and founder of two companies, namely Koop & Co and Lentswe VK Productions. Koop & Co is a company that she started with her sister, Stephanie Koopman which spoke specifically to manufacturing and later planned on starting a fashion line under the company. Koop & Co was to add an addition to the company after Venita discovered her desire to assist rising artists with vocal coaching. This led to the establishment of Lentswe VK Productions which was registered in 2019. The main purpose of Lentswe VK Productions is to coach people on singing, speaking, and voice training. Lentswe VK Productions has assisted several people with voice training from school-going children to worship teams. Two of her students won singing competitions. Nishaat, one of the winners obtained a record deal.
Venita Koopman plans on registering to Music School for her to become a qualified Vocal Coach. In terms of studies, she’s always wanted to add social working to her profile as she deals with a variety of clients who need advice on personal battles.
