In July 2023, KONE Centennial Foundation Matching Funds awarded to KONE Thailand employees to support Zero-to-Hero, a local foundation serving underprivileged children in a rural community in Central Thailand.

In 2021, with KCF’s continuous support, WYC keeps up providing COVID relief aid to families in need in Westbury.

In November 2021, in response to the combined impact of COVID and the flooding, KONE Centennial Foundation, in partnership with KONE India, supported emergency relief initiated by Rising Star Outreach India on leprosy colonies in Tamil Nadu, India.

“Right to Reconciliation (Oikeus Sovintoon)” is a new project that KCF supports in Finland. The project aims to prevent violence and bullying in young people’s daily lives by building up their expertise and capacity to resolve conflicts.

KONE Centennial Foundation (KCF) has worked with project teams and KONE units to support local communities to cope with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020.

To encourage KONE employees to get together to make a difference, KCF has set up matching funds to double the impact of employees’ charitable giving to local projects serving children and youth in need.
